He means is when you delete a thing you get your money back.And the person who sold it still has his moeny.I know they could make a cheap glitch to make alot of money.

I think the way is wrong it isnt fair for the create to lose all of the money he earned,maybe umm you get your money but not all of it maybe 70% of it...

Telamon said that it makes no sense for them to buy back what they have sold, he also said they'll eventually allow you to trade clothes with each other and that they are a store not a wardrobe.

This should AT LEAST work for hats. Seeing as hats in Roblox are always posted in the catalog by staff, they have heeps of money that they don't need because they own a portion of Roblox. Theirfore, getting refunds on bought hats should be acceptable.
