A (kinda) recent update broke events after the game is reset. I can't test some stuff and a plugin I made breaks because of this. I believe this shouldn't be happening, and really needs to be fixed for some plugins to work. AND! The time slider plugin breaks. So Roblox, you're breaking what you make by not fixing this.

It resets the simulation, (i.e. deletes all objects and puts them back) thus creating this problem.

Events don't work at all. I've tested it before. It's not that it resets, it's just that they don't work. But I do think/agree that it resets.

Ah well, I support this thread, but either way, I don't expect them to take this into consideration. They never do.

It happened to me before. I was scripting brick generator that generates brick of random color and reflectance. It had a brick that bumps up brick removed count by 1 on touched.

Corecii, the events do work, but they break every so often, I can't find the problem either, but I was able to use the BlobbyStudio Plug-in.
