This guide is to tell you How to properly Send a Promotion Request to a Highrank of Most groups! Follow this guide and you will most likely get that Promotion!

1: Grammar.
No Highrank wants to read a Promotion Request that looks like this:
"can i be promtd pl0x?"
It's annoying, and will most likely be ignored. What the highranks like to see in a Promotion Request is: Good Grammar. So, Spell things Right, use correct punctuation, and ask politely. This is what Highranks want to see!
2: Reason
Well, You have to have a reason to be Promoted! No, you can't be Promoted for being in the group for a "long time". Promotions are given for those who have:
Won a raid against an enemy
Sucessfully finished a training(Need Proof)
Made somthing of use to the clan.
Been Chosen By a highrank is mature, skilled, ect.
In your Promotion Request, tell What you have done for the Clan. If you have completed a training, you MUST provide proof if the highrank you are sending to wasn't in the Training. This means a decal link or Video on youtube.
3: Subject/Extras
Add a subject to your promotion request message. This should be somthing like "RAT: Promotion request" or "Promotion Request" ALSO in the message, you SHOULD put what Clan you wish to be promoted in, and your rank. It makes it easier on the highrank.
4: An Example Promotion Request.
Alright, Say I'm a conscript in RAT wanting to be promoted for completing a Training. I choose a Highrank(I'm going to use myself)
Subject: RAT: Promotion Request
Hello Sir, I would Like to be Promoted in RAT. I have gotten 50 kills at the swordfighting Training, and it was the required Amount. Here is proof if you need it:

This type of Message will most likely get you promoted.

I got 100 kos at a training and i havent goten a promotion look in my decals its SUPER blurry but you might be able to see the 100 at the bottom but umm please promote me! |

Your grammar isnt perfect but its good, and thats what they wanna see. I know i didnt create it but they dont need to have spot on grammar, just enough so that its quickly read and long story short. |

People really shouldn't be asking for promotions...
...if you deserve one then go earn it, begging generally gets you demoted...
