4) One. I'm not going to waste my time looking at every product to find what is BC-Only and what isn't. Frankly, since we can't buy most of the stuff on the catalog anyways, why are you complaining about it? Using both of these arguments doesn't make sense. It's either, you're upset with too many BC-Only items, or you're upset with too few inexpensive items. You can't be upset about both.
Two. The point is not that other websites do this. The point is that ROBLOX gives you that feature for free. That's like saying, "Since all of the kids at my school do it, then it's nothing special if I do it too." Which isn't true. NOT A SINGLE WEBSITE IS ALIKE. I am not comparing ROBLOX to another website, I am saying that ROBLOX gives you this feature for free, so appreciate it.
--
One. You seem to waste a huge amount of your time posting here, so why not spend even more time there? I'm not complaining about it, I'm arguing with you about it because you posted this.
Two.
The point is, ROBLOX may give this feature for free, but so do all the other sites.
NOT A SINGLE WEBSITE IS ALIKE is another huge exaggeration.
--
One. You are complaining about it, because my argument is to stop people from complaining. If you argue with me, you're complaining.
Two. You do not state what the point is. I made the point. You argued with the point. You are diverting away from the point, and discussing another point. My point is, ROBLOX gives this feature. Did I mention point?
Anyways, just because a lot of other websites do it, doesn't make it useless on ROBLOX. I agree that other websites do that, and that definitely devalues the feature, but doesn't make it worth nothing.
Also, there is no website that is EXACTLY ALIKE. It may be that two websites are social networks, or two websites are fighting RPGs, but that doesn't make them alike. No zebra has the same pattern of stripes as another. Not any two people have the same fingerprint. It's a known fact. This is the same type of thing.

6) Excuse me, but there's a difference between what you wear and what you do being so bad you're bound to get fired from your job, and being a little bit different from other people. Also, I didn't say I didn't exaggerate. Just because I do it, doesn't mean you're free to do it. Neither of us should exaggerate, but it comes naturally when we want to express a point.
If you care what other people think of you, good luck having a life. I hope you have fun pretending to be someone you're not.
--
If you end up in a tuxedo, you'll get a better chance for a job than if you end up naked.
And it seems we both care about what other people think of us.
You're wishing me good luck that I don't become a zombie? What a wonderful idea.
You're assuming I want to be someone I'm not? Yet another assumption by the guy who criticizes people for having assumptions.
--
What you wear should have nothing to do with your job, however, people being what they are; it will.
This doesn't mean you should. Just because someone breaks the rules, doesn't mean you're allowed to. I'm wishing you good luck with your life, if you're always nervous about what other people think about you.
You obviously want to be someone you're not if you're uncomfortable with being you. And, criticizing people for having assumptions is a good thing. Some people make the mistake of thinking that everything they say is true, when usually, it's just an assumption.
--
7)And your point is? 50 pages is almost half of the total pages of hats, and here you are saying NBCers don't get enough low costing hats? Also, what exactly is your main point? You disappointed you can't wear a plastic pixel?
--
No, I'm disappointed other people can't wear a colored pixel.
--
Don't act like you're standing up for other people.
People shouldn't be disappointed about not being able to wear a colored pixel. Moreover, you shouldn't care about them either.
--
9) So, you think that groups aren't a dumb feature, even though you barely get anything? Also, since when was it necessary to be in a group? Lots of them don't do anything but talk crud on the group wall all day. The "NBC Respect Club" sounds like one of those, and how come you have two forum primaries? Usually, what I do, is I only start looking for a good group if one of my groups is inactive, which is very likely. Then, I ditch that one, and join the new one.
--
Okay, first you accuse me of thinking I barely get anything, then you say I barely get anything.
Wat.
My two forum primaries is for convenience of switching.
Talking crud all day long is actually helpful sometime. I love how you specifically insulted me for being in the NBC respect club.
Reason I'm in a few groups is so people know what sort of person I am.
Leave those groups and people assume that I like INSERT ITEM HERE.
--
I didn't ''accuse'' you. I just think it's stupid to think you barely get anything. Also, I never said ''you barely get enough.'' The closest thing to that I said was, ''even though you barely get anything?'' This wasn't what I was saying, I was saying that you were saying it.
You don't need any forum primaries. What is the difference of a little text below your avatar in the forum? I only have, and ever will have, one.
I didn't specifically insult you for being in an NBC respect club. But, I do think the idea of it is stupid. All the respect we need is here on ROBLOX. I only said, ''The NBC Respect Club sounds like one of those types of groups that just talks crud on the wall all day.'' This is not an insult, it's from experience of those types of groups. Currently, I'm in a Guest Respect Club (which I'm on the verge of leaving), and that's all they do.
There are tons of ways to express yourself besides the groups. For the record, no one can tell if you're just in a group because you want to prove something or if you actually want to do something in it.
People won't assume who you are just because you have a lack of groups. You can express yourself in several ways; by clothing, by chat, by profile. Groups barely make a difference.

10) Pressing the spacebar and the ability to click on links has nothing to do with ROBLOX. Whether you like it or not, I'm going to go ahead and say every single feature there is in ROBLOX. Perhaps I wanted a nice round number for the number of features there were. So what?
Also, the idea of 97% of statistics being made up is very likely true. Do you think everyone, even the most official people, are going to bother doing a worldwide survey to find out how many people eat french fries? No, they'll just jump to an educated conclusion. And, you just admitted that statistics were a feature. Insignificant or not, it IS a feature. Accept it.
Also, for the record, pressing the spacebar is also a feature. It would save the companies a bit of money to make computers without a spacebar, but they still do it. Now, before you say, "but it's necessary for the spacebar to be there," I'll say, "but is it necessary for the statistics to be there?" That cuts off the connection between your points.
--
Pressing the spacebar and the ability to click links are features ROBLOX has, therefore related to ROBLOX.
The idea of 97% of statistics being made up WAS made up. The actual number is whatever, but you didn't take a census or do a survey, so therefore made up.
And sure, it may be a feature, but so is having buttons instead of checkboxes. This is an INSIGNIFICANT feature, and so is having an on/off button for speakers.
For the record pressing the capslock key on keyboards is also a feature. So is having a shift button that you list in an attempt to boost your numbers.
--
ROBLOX did not make the spacebar or the ability to click on links, however. They just allowed it. However, the feature they did make was the ability to have statistics. It's a computer and a website working together.
Also, since you can't come up with the proper number, then 97% is as close to the truth as it will get. It might be 70%, but, who cares? The point is, a huge majority of statistics are made up, so you can't use one to boost your argument.
Having statistics as well is more of a feature than having buttons instead of checkboxes. There must be more than a few websites out there that require you to purchase membership before having any statistics; it's very likely, because it shows what rank you are.
--
3) How about if you knew that ROBLOX has different groups doing different things? There's a Catalog team making all the hats and gear at the rate of 100 miles per hour, and there's the team making all the game updates. Which team do you think will work faster? Note the latter has to test, think, try, test, think, try, test, release. The Catalog team just has to think about a random thing and make it into a hat in a minute.
--
How about you stop assuming things?
--
How about you stop denying things? If that's all you have to say, then I have won this argument.
--
15) You're losing your standing
--
Do you think arguments have ever been more than a way for bored guys to shout "YOU SUCK" at each other and for other people to watch and possibly join in?
--
Yes, they have. Do you deny that this argument is civilized and proper? I respect and acknowledge all your arguments; some people don't believe in that however and spout random phrases at illogical times in an attempt to gain the upper hand in the argument.
--
19) You're telling me to be less lazy and type a few more words that wouldn't really make a difference anyways, and I already have picture perfect spelling, grammar, punctuation, and capitalization throughout all the posts I've made so far, and the patience to duke it out with you?
--
I'm telling you that you seem to be patient enough to shout "YOU SUCK" at me over and over again, you have picture perfect everything, and yet you still can't just type a few more words?
Wat.
--
Have I ever shouted you suck at you? Have I ever even insulted you? Only once, that I remember. I called you a pessimist, which I regret. I try to keep as civil as possible in an argument, but my day was so miserable that I let it slip. Have I ever shouted at you, either? I might of put my words in caps to make what I was trying to say clear, but never put an exclamation point after it.
By the way, I feel like you're drifting away from the argument on purpose. Why are we discussing how come I can't type a few more words than I did? For the record, I'm not perfect. I'm only human. So I'm sorry to disappoint you that I can't type everything exactly as you want.
--
20) What?
--
You can't even comprehend I put a direct quote from you?
--
I comprehend the quote, but I can't comprehend why you used it. |
