The jokes are lazy, dirty and overused, the animation is sloppy, and the concepts are grotesque. Reason enough?

above is correct,but he could have been alot nicer about it,ever notice that making ugly characters seems to be CN's thing these days?like how Disney's is churning out really bad popstars[we even have britiney from them,yes,Spears got her start in Hollywood on a disney show that no one remembers,and with Justin Timberlake if memory serves,but that last bit may be wrong]
