YES YOU CAN! YES YOU CAN! Also, Weapons should be Air powered, not Gunpowder powered. I always thought the city should be the biggest blimp in EVER, so if there was a small hole in the balloon, and somebody decided to shoot a gun, everything would explode. So air guns are a neccesity.
