I really thing ROBLOX should add a backround designer. Like You.Tube. or stuff like that, where you can just go into browse section and find the backround you've designed or want for the profile. Whoever wants this please do a vote and I will send a letter to builderman, which I know how to do so dont say "oh you cant PM BM" because I'm not going to PM builderman.

People could upload offensive pictures, and such. Also,ROBLOX already has that, for OBC, it's not custom, btw.
