now how about instead of getting rid of accounts if they did something wrong like saying bad words they make them safe chat for week 2week etc

No. It's their own ignorance, that they managed to break the rules, which they have read again, and again, and to that the account will NOT be given any lighter, or better, treatment. -Virtualdarks
