my roblox crashes everytime i join any game and it says: An unexptected error occured and ROBLOX needs to quit were sorry!. I CANT DO ANYTHING
my OS is Windows 7

What is your graphics card and graphics provider? e.g 'NVIDIA'
To check your graphics card goto:
Start > run and type "dxdiag" and goto display
where it says Name:
thats what your graphics card is |

Do you have WIFI or a direct connection? |

Turn off your anti-virus
Turn off your firewall
Take out the battery of the router, place it back in and then restart it
Restart your computer.

Every time I've ever emailed roblox, I got a response 2 hours later. Since you're too lazy to email 'em, I'll do it and put it up here. |
