I've seen some pretty illegit bans handed out here and there in the huge amount that are given probably each day. I'm not saying the entire mod team is corrupt, as there are a few that are honest and true. However, what I am saying is that false bans are being given out. Therefore, I propose that we have a ban appealing bit in My ROBLOX.
This part would be named "Offenses." Inside, there would be 4 columns of a 'table.' The first column would be the offence that you have done, including threads of yours that were locked or deleted (to restore them in case of illegitimacy). The second would show when it was issued, and the third would show when it has, or will, expire. The fourth column would have 2 buttons: "Appeal" and "Evidence."
Clicking the Evidence button asks you if you really want to see, as there may be something offensive within. If you say yes, it will take you to the evidence that the moderators have, along with a (hopefully) detailed-ish reason why they did what they did. By clicking the "Appeal" button, it will take you to a small form that allows you to type why you want to be unbanned, if it was from illegitimacy, or some other reason why you should be unbanned.
Also, bans and other moderator actions would expire in 3 months, so nobody would have permanent marks for small mistakes. After all, there are senior Robloxians such as myself (I joined in January 2010, so don't be fooled by my alt) who make mistakes, but not often.
