There are "Play", "Build", and "Solo" buttons on your place, right? Maybe we can add a button called "Contest Build".
In Contest Build, you will only have a toolbox only containing brickbattle tools, basic structures and some game objects. Maybe even some common script found around Roblox.
There will be a command bar, and there will also be a a list of all available game objects (Part, IntValue, Script, SpecialMesh and such).
The main point of this is so that you would not be allowed to insert ANY free models.

I could find a hole to this, though.
I could easily Retype, if not Copy-Paste, a different script from a different Roblox Studio Window.
I suggest that there may only be one instance of Roblox running at a time. You can only have one window open.
In fact, maybe just disable any instance of copy-pasting in a script! If you manage to be desperate enough to paste the whole script in notepad and attempt to import it into contest build

Of course, people can "fiddle" with it so that they can rig their own Contest Build, but hey, that's a security problem. That's out of the question. Blame Roblox for not being able to fend against hacking and exploiting. |
