A book that ROBLOX sell's to teach scripting.

I suggest ROBLOX make's a book off of the main site that is understandable for kids around the age of 8-13. This book would teach all the basic fact's of scripting that go harder and harder through the book, this would be able to have a better building society on ROBLOX.

It would sell, but it wouldn't be helpful at all. To be honest, most people learn by nothing else but trial and error.

No. ROBLOX doesn't want to make everything inaccessible and with a price. The whole point of the site is that kids from around the world can build good places that other kids on the site can play. Scripting, therefore, is an asset that should be freely taught to newcomers.
