How to get your group famous and keep it famous!

This forum will tell you how to make and keep a good group. 1.Active Members When I made The Roblox Karate Team I did not host trainings until 30 members and even then they were not active. To make your group active you have to be active. Dont just rely on your "high ranks" to host trainings while you have important stuff to do. Also to get your members active give easy "low rank" promotions. Example : Recruit to Private in a war group. This will mak your members more excited to go to their next training. 2. Grammer Grammer seems like a small part of a group but if your wall has mispelled words or not caps/periods people will call it nooby and not want to join. Also when hosting trainings Use good grammer. This gives yor members a sense that you are their leader and they shall listen. And make them feel like they need yor group to survive. 3. Strict/Niceness When being strict you must be careful. I suggest being a little on the nice side. If you are to strict in giving... Demotions,Exiles ect. Your members will witness this and be afraid of you the more their afraid of you the less they want to show up to your trainings. 4. Yelling Yelling is the best invention ever when it comes to groups. However do not yell all the time because again they will be afraid of you. When yelling Make your sentances all in caps.This will make them pay attention in spite they may get a demotion. Only yell at necassary times becasue if you yell at the littlest things they will think you have anger issues. 5. Devotion To make a good group you need to give alot of your time to it. When it gets past 50 members you have to go to games on alts so your members dont follow you. Dont try to make 2 good groups at a time because 50/50 to each group will make them both nooby. When on your account and your group is past 50 members you have to spend "most" of your time making logos,base,uniforms ect. 6. Art To have a good group, it needs to look like a good group. The group logo should be made by you or someone you paid. Most people use google images but if you do alter it somehow so that its "your" logo.Your bases must look good. You should only use free models if its something of very high scripting. Your bases should have little details that make it look EPIC. Like realistic bushes by the door that is not a free model.These little things make the members wanna stay in the group because since theyre in the group they feel like they helped build it, and this gives them a sense of pride which everyone loves. Your group uniform should not be a Roblox-made shirt or pants. but something either you or one of your high ranks made. 7. High Ranks To make members wanna stay in your group you have to give them something to look forward to. Dont just say "if your high rank you can order people around" Bacause people want more than that. They want to... Post on the group wall, host trainings,have admin. Stuff like this makes them want desperatly to be high rank. 8. Good in the first place To start up a good group you need to make it original. Like for The Roblox Karate Team I made it the first ever roblox group wth ranks that are belt colors. This is original and people wanna join. If you find FEAR is famous dont make a group called FEARS because people hate that. 9. Fan Clubs Fan Clubs are a great form of group that attract many members. But these groups normally do not thrive because you make it something like "Justin Bieber Lovers". NO ONE ON ROBLOX LIKES JUSTIN BIEBER SO NO ONE WILL JOIN. So make the Fan Club something everybody loves like tacos. 10. Fun As a leader of a great group you need to have a sense of humor and fun. No one wants to stand their in a boring training.People like stuff like... DANCE PARTAYS!, and 5 second admin party. These little fun activities will make their bond with you grow bigger and bigger. The bigger their bond is with you the more they want to Invite their friends, or stay in the group.
