It really isn't that hard to determine how many space characters are at the beggining of a line whenever you press enter. This alone would make scripting with the roblox IDE so much better. |

It seems that most scripting/programming IDEs do have this feature, so yeah, I'll support this. :D |

Didn't the wiki even have auto-tab? I can't double check this now because of that stupid parse error. |

I don't think so... I couldn't even put in a tab when editing the wiki, it would just make the selected item move from the text box to the confirm edit button. |

that's why you always use spaces.
Of course I always made mine in roblox then copy and pasted over so I could double check the code first. |

Would it also help get more support if I added in
- the style configuration like in notepad++ where you can change the color of keywords, strings, numbers, etc.
- The auto-end like in most IDE's such as eclipse and JCreator where it ends parentheses and other brackets for you.
- The auto-suggestion thingy like in flash and JCreator where it gives you suggestions of what words to put in. For example if you did
local a=Instance.new("Part",workspace)
a.
Then it would come up with a dropdown menu right on the cursor after "a." saying stuff like
Anchored
Locked
CanCollide
Transparency
Size
CFrame
and so on. Then all of these should be able to be toggled on or off in like the View menu. |

Suppawrt. Even though tabs have absolutely no use in getting the actual script running, it's still good for organization.
