Adding user-mad hats would be tough work to moderate, and for the average to high IQ somoene could make a retexture or a mesh, Which means 10 and up would be the average age to do that(because of more experience in life).
If this is offensive to your in age, Most poeple that are ten are in 6th grade and have learned scripting(Maybe, and if so, it would be EPICLY basic, Game console scripting like making games if your learning to make games or such), computer scripting(starting scripting-basic) or more, so thats why the admins and moderators do not lets poeple make custom mesh or hats, also becuase of copyright or inapropiate. |
