make lvl up gear a seprate type of gear

i find that the lvl up gear is noobish and ruining evry kind of gear war game. so make it a seprate type of gear so we can make it so its not allowed if we want!

yes but also when they end up getting close to me somehow or spawn by me ,then if they hit me with the bat it disarms me and if i die i respawn without gear, and i have to go to my backpack and waste 2 minuts of my life getting the hotkey for my gears back.
