#Of times a comment has been reported.
For example.
Bob is a good robloxian, he has never been banned and has rarely been reported. He can post a comment every 5 seconds as the figures show he is least likely to spam.
Steve is a bad robloxian, he has been banned several times for spamming and almost all his comments have been reported, he can post a comment every minute to slow down the speed at which he can spam.
The upper and lower limits could be:
Lower:No delay
Upper:One comment per 5 minutes.
And if you false report a comment and get noticed, you lose "Trust". |
