I'd like to create my own on Roblox (using Roblox sounds, sort of like GollyGreg's) but I haven't the faintest idea how to begin. Could somebody point me in the right direction, give me a quick overview or tell me where I could find a good tutorial?

There isn't a tutorial. They figured it out by themselves.

You have to first pick out sounds from which you are to manipulate to make your music. From there, you have to make a script to make it play certain parts to your liking and changing the pitch of the sound as well.
