Click Play - Nothing Happens

I just did a reinstall of Windows 7 x86 on my desktop. Roblox is a game my son and step daughters like to play, so of course I reinstalled it. However, now when I go to click on play for any of the games, or the "my place" nothing happens when I click the buttons. I've installed all available updates for Windows 7, which includes Internet Explorer 9. I'm wondering if that's where the issue lies. I have Adobe Flash installed for FireFox (my choice browser) as well as for IE, and I have the latest version of Java installed. No kind of anti virus right now to be a possible factor. I have the latest .Net 4.0 framework, as well as the latest video drivers for my graphics card. Can anyone please help me figure this out? I don't understand why the Roblox will only launch in IE, and in IE it doesn't seem to work.

Hi, could you provide more information on this? Do you see any changes on the screen after you hit play? Did you try any other browser except IE? Did you try just clicking Roblox icon from Programs and play game from there? Thanks

When I hit play it seems like the web page moves a little bit, but the normal Roblox window doesn't pop up at all. I uninstalled Roblox, cleared my internet files using CCleaner, and tried to reinstall Roblox and it still wouldn't play. I've tried launching the Roblox shortcut and trying to play that way, opened the Roblox website in IE and tried to play, and tried opening the website in Firefox. None of the methods work. It's as if the clicks on the play or build button don't register and for the life of me I don't understand it.

same thing here the only way to play games for me is to follow people in to them but then i cant play all the games i want. And i cant build or do anything with my place

Let's see, I've posted this answer quite a few times.. Hopefully it works. (No Results Yet) Uninstall ROBLOX and delete all it's files. (IF ROBLOX IS ALREADY INSTALLED) How to uninstall ROBLOX: 1. Open control Pannel 2. Click Uninstall A Program (Windows 7, Unsure about others) 3. Find ROBLOX and Right-Click 4. Click Uninstall 5. Wait until it tells you that "ROBLOX has been uninstalled" 6. Re-Install ROBLOX by clicking the play button 7. Profit! Alternate Solution (If ROBLOX is uninstalled/Re-installed still not working): -Solution Below- 1. Open by using "Run" (Windows XP) or type it in the search bar (Windows 7) - %appdata% 2. Go out of Roaming into AppData 3. Open local 4. Delete ROBLOX NOTE: CLOSE YOUR BROWSER WHILE DOING THIS 5. Go back to AppData and open Locallow 6. DELETE THE FOLLOWING; ~RbxLogs ~rbxcsettings.rbx 7. Re-Install ROBLOX 8. Profit! -Solution Above-

im having troublw with this 2. the same exact prob. i dont hav windows 7 and frewall isnt turned on. but it always werked great. now nothing happens when i click play 2.
