System Message (Updates,upcoming events,etc.)

The System Message thing that is on both your Home and your Inbox should be changed to the message being on your Home on the side or something with a admin beside it that way they know it's there instead of not knowing because alot of people only check their PMs in the Inbox and the System Message is seperate so you get my point?Well anyways post below if yu agree.Btw,I WILL NOT REPLY UNLESS YOU ASK ME TO OR IT'S A GOOD POST!OTHERS WILL BE READ,NOT REPLIED TO!
