It may help, but I actually think Stewart was a bigger reason as to why they won the chase.... Sometimes Grubb's decision making was so bad it got them held back a lot.... but there is no doubt he is a great crew chief.
I also think Hamlin's 2012 will improve. I always thought Mike Ford was a so-so crew chief. Now, I wonder if Stewart will be able to connect with Steve Addington.
I think Stewart will, I think him and Grubb should've extended their time together because of the chemistry they developed but I guess you have to move on.
I'm probably going to follow Trucks next year, but I would like to see Stewart contend for another championship. Getting rid of Grubb and hiring Addington better not be a bad decision.
