Happened to me.. well, except it doesn't use it up whenever the transaction was declined, my father contacted the ROBLOX staff and.. yeah, it was fixed.

theres 3 ways to sort this. 1.roblox dosnt reconize the card:try a different card 2.roblox cant connect to the bank:try asking roblox staff to help 3.the card is invalid:try a different card.

Happens to me, too! My mom has lost about 40$ and we've tried contacting ROBLOX Staff and no one picked up. I tried calling them from my iPhone and it said lines busy! We waited a while and when someone DID pick up, they got my mom her money back, but I ended up not getting half the robux I was supposed to!

He is not lying he is telling the truth except wait almost a day the money wont be spent on the credit card it but yes this problem comes up often when you use Visa Gift Cards try getting BuildersClub and adding the robux at the bottom, it worked for me! But dont worry your money is still there it just shows its not SHOT
