-Any Game 3v3 and Above the Home Team can dictate the following
-DH or EH allowed or not Allowed (EH=Extra Hitter DH=Desginated Hitter)
-DH and EH are not the Same EH=Added to the line-up DH=Replaces a feilder for hitting
-Catchers Allowed/Disallowed means runners can steal when ever
(These must be said before the game or before the game is change to 3v3 or above)
