cant insert model?

So, a friend made me a model, he cant seem to insert it into his place, and i cant insert it into my own place.. It keeps giving us the "could not insert the requested item" error.. anyone got an idea?..

Maybe the item was or not yet approved by moderators.

Is the model an entire place, if it has anything like "Starter GUI", "Starter Pack", etc, it wont load. Tell him to inspect the contents of the model.

@Tech there is non of those in it, it was jsut a model he made in studio... HE cant even isnert the model :\

the promble is that insert have been broekn for a little while now if you look at the form i made about insert and posted on it maybe we can get telamon or other roblox staff to read it !

@Tai it isnt the ingame isnertm its the studio insert
