Well, you might want to control the graphics in your settings while in a game. You can also get a new computer or clear out all the junk on it

1. Turning graphics down. 2. If you are on a call to somebody on S.ky.pe end it, I found out it makes lag and causes crashes. 3. New computer. 4. If you have a Windows 7, maybe try to get Windows 7 Ultimate. 5. Get a program that closes background programs (Can set it to close only some.) 6. Upgrade your graphics card.
