Each ROBLOX ad, decal, and item of clothing has to be approved by an image moderator before it appears. The problem is that there's thousands of images being uploaded every minute so the image moderators can be a bit pressed for time and may be working flat-out to get as many images approved as possible. Just settle down and wait. Patience is the key when waiting for images. -Martin
