I have recently posted an idea thread called “R-mail” and I got a lot of support and ideas to make it better, but this thread has died so I am making a new thread. So here it is; RO-mail – It is called RO-mail for an obvious reason: RO is the first two letters of roblox. What is RO-mail – Well you can send messages, delete messages send them to spam or archive or even create a folder and send it there. You can also invite someone to video chat with you but they have to be your best friend for privacy and safety reasons. Creating and sending messages – You can use different fonts and colours to your message to make it more interesting and creative. You can add any ROBLOX links so they can just click on it and they are there. You can underline and make it bold or italic also. You can send any moderated decals too!! @’s – You don’t have to use the @’s address, just there username. Spam folder – If someone has sent you spam then you can send it to spam and you don’t have to read it again. The moderators will try and check all messages in your spam folder to see if they should ban the person who sent it. Deleting – You can delete any message in your RO-mail and you can find it in a folder labelled “deleted” but after 3 days you will never see that message again. Archive – Any message in your RO-mail older than 10 days will go in your archive unless you already sent it there… Creating folders – You can create folders and name them. Every message you send to it goes in that folder and stays in it until you send it elsewhere. Design – You can choose a background for your RO-mail inbox, archive and any folder you created. Moderation – The moderators will check every message before it is sent to the person you are sending it to. They will check the video chat after you have chatted and find a punishment if they swear or gave out there private information. That is all, there is no TL;DR so you will have to read the whole thread. Don’t troll, spam or flame.

Really, really good idea. I like it. However, there is a risk of it becoming a BC feature if it was used. Good idea. Support.

No support to video chat, and why automatically send stuff to archives in 10 days? Also design would be a lot like The design in your account settings if they did that. I like the spam folder though -I will reap your threads soul now-

Deleting messages is forbidden from Roblox due to parental restrictions.

Archive is Archive and that means it is old messages. 10 days is pretty old. Video-chat is just one of the suggestions I had before and it would be moderated.

Deleting messages should be fine and you can send it into any other folder within 3 days. The parents will see every message deleted anyway. I should have put that in the thread ... Sorry.

I like it. But I would do one thing, video chat is optional, you could just do you mic.

I Belive in Ro-mail there should be a button that lets you connect to your microphone (if you have 1) and just chat with a person. like this... 1:Get a microphone and go to Ro-mail 2:Click a button that has a microphone symbol 3:Pick a persons name to chat with. 4:They have to aprove. Hows that people?

No video chat, we don't need that, will invade privacy, and I don't care if you already know the person. Spam folder can't really work, probably replaced with block user from messaging you. Anyway, support.
