While there's no way to effectively keep noobs from chat killing, there is a simple way to keep decent players from doing so. I propose that whenever you're typing a chat message, something should display just above your Robloxian indicating that you are typing a message, that can be seen from any distance, so that people won't kill you while you're trying to talk.
