Such as light up signs for mc donalds or something. Like a light behind a transparent brick makes it light up any time of day. Such as a big sign saying VIP in a obby during the night you can see it from a certain distance when the lights on and it is darker when it goes off. I don't mean change the color of the brick. Do you understand?

Use Paint.NET, make a decal with a transparent pic: (Magic Wand > Click Backgorund > Delete key)
