My netbook isn't running XP, because the hasrdrive got messed up, but my friend downloaded Ubuntu on my netbook and it runs great, I just can't donwlaod Roblox. |

Roblox for linux? no wai!
It would be awesome, because I can hardly get any other freekin game to play on a linux OS. (Using windows 7 atm - Home computer)
Support.. and when the admins have enough freetime to care about linux, good luck. |

It would be a waste of time to port it because hardly anyone on Roblox uses Linux, just use WINE. |

Wine doesn't work and hasn't worked for a while. Besides there's a lot more people that uses Linux than you think. It's much better than Windows or Mac, and the only reason not people use it without dual booting is because the games only come out on Mac or Windows.

Oh, well, it still all boils down to whether or not Roblox think it's worth it to port it. However, I do want it because I run Linux as well as Windows. |

Wine works for build, If you keep it dual booted just swap to windows to play. And no ubuntu isn't superior to mac or PC they all have their problems. |

Ubuntu is way superior to Mac or Windows. For many reasons, one being that it's open-sourced.

Porting costs isn't usually the problem. The problems are usually that they didn't use a cross platform library.
