**problem with my pointer**

okay, this has happened maybe 3 times in the past 3 months? randomly a little symbol like a red circle with a red dash in it on a white box appeared, then i cant use my mousepad, or whatever you call it. my mom hasnt seen this on her desktop. i found that pressing random F buttons on the top or any other button doesnt help. unplugging the main battery was the only thing that worked each time. so, any idea what i can do next time?

I was just trying to help, contact your computers Hotline it's what I do when I have problems. If they don't help,Then if it's a desktop and you have older/littler sister/brother they may have put a new mouse.

look and see what you computers maker is,then search it on the internet then look at their phone Number,or simply Email them your problem.

i got the laptop from bestbuy (those cheap theavin) - wouldnt that mean theyd ask me to go to their store so they can check it out, then charge me 50$ just to tell me "you pressed a certain button combination, just press this to re-activate it" im not doing that again!

i paid 100 bucks from MY WALLET to get the memory back once a little hinge in the back fell off and twisted the whole computer apart! i have a toshiba laptop. just find a way to email them and theyll help me?
