Roblox Scalability blocks broken?

Every time I am in the Roblox Studio in my game, I try to clone a brick, and make it bigger, it does not, work, and then I have to rest every time to fix it, and I keep trying and it doesn't work, could you please try to fix this?

You can't alter high scalability blocks. That feature was never implemented.
