when playing games the "x" button dissappears

whenever I play a game there is no x button at the top so I have to leave with the menu which is annoying.plus I can only do that game and not browse the catalog or parties.I really want to know how to fix this problem so someone please help me get it fixed

Not a bug. I belive you have to press Esc then Game Settings then uncheck Fullscreen Mode.
