There has been a error message that pops up when I press "Play" or just simply press my shortcut. It Says:

I have tried re-installing, (Im not sure if i did it right) Ive looked to see if anyone else got this error, and at the moment I'm using Firefox instead of internet explorer but usually my short cut switches me to explorer. I don't know what else to do.
