If you are a high rank in VN, Marshal or above, Then you must do everything stated in this forum post so you complete your duty:
Always follow the rules
Enforce the rules and punishments with no exceptions
Respect higher and lower ranks
Never argue with another high rank
Never promote someone unless they have earnt it
Only demote someone if they have broken the rules
Defend HQ every day
Do atleast one raid per week
Never abuse admin or weapon modes
If you follow these expectations you will be a great high rank, And may get a promotion. If you do not follow these expectations it will be seen as you not doing your duty, So you could get demoted or exiled.
