I don't mean to sound like a complaining NBC but I completely agree. The point of this thread is to suggest for them to actually do what they promised; I thought that was pretty obvious...

I never saw Roblox promising that they're gonna give a Package to an NBC, so I guess if you got proof about this *promise*, I'd love to see it because I think this promise was all a rumor some Robloxian started.
Besides that, Roblox gave the Girl Package... Which looks like a boy package anyways. |

I guess Roblox did a silly mistake in that article:
At the beggining of the article he said: "A selection of body parts *will* be available to all members at a future date (not just BC members)."

And at the end they said:
"We’ve also decided to make body parts a BC Beta feature."
