for those of you on macs, if your press cmd+alt+esc it will open up a task manager |

for those of you on a mac: open activity monitor and check for any robloxes. If there are, force quit them, and re-run your game. If it works... Great! if it doesn't, uninstall and reinstall roblox. |

in case you don't know how, use spotlight search (the little magnifying glass int eh bar in teh top right) and search activity. Activity monitor should be top of the list! |

I uninstalled ROBLOX, deleted all it's files, reset my computer like 100 times, and it won't pop up the install thing so I can download ROBLOX again. This is starting to be more crappy than anything now.
(Avast decided to be a d### and block it just like this time, but this time, it's not fixing.) |

click the apple logo on the upper left corner of the screen
click the force quit button

I am using a Mac. I had to drag the icon from the download box (the one that says "Double click to instal" to my desktop. THEN I double clicked it. After that, I clicked the Roblox logo in my toolbar, which allowed me to enter Roblox and play. |

i have this problem too but you have to wait. for it. Wait for a little longer. then it sends you to a roblox downloads then when you click on that tab it sends you to your home. then now you can play your can its just basically your internet |

i know the solution the problem is its the anti virus step ## ######### AVG if you dont have it deactivate windows defender. step ## click Play and then have fun |
