A "Report Off-Topic Place" button for Contests.

I have suggested this over and over again and still no Admin feedback. It's self-explanatory and I really don't want to go into the great detail I have in my previous threads. Short version: You see an off topic place. You report it, get +0, and move on to another batch. If a person's place gets removed due to many reports they will not be allowed to enter. Too many removals bans them from contests altogether. I'm sick of "obbies" and "hangouts" in a "Arial Combat" game. This has been getting nothing but support from the user community, so why not?

I've yet to see no support. Administrators, make it happen. I know you're busy with... Everything else... If there's a post with a confirmation of the addition of this feature I will stop bumping it and we all will have cake.
