These grids which appear when resizing, or moving bricks are not only pointless but cause severe lag when applied to large parts. They are forced, but should be optional. Most experienced builders don't even need them. Also, think of all the brick space they use. The grids are made out of cylinder meshed parts, hundreds of them. We can set it to 0, however this does not completely remove the grids and sets the movements to custom which means getting accurate spacing, measurements, etc. is very difficult. We never needed them, and never will. I have had many more crashes and much more lag since they were implemented. Before, I could build easily and without any lag at all.

You know that I just explained the problem with disabling them, right? I'm assuming you only read the title.
