It's ca va and ca va bien, though the two "c"s have a cedille, a little squiggly thing, underneath them to force a pronunciation.

You were close, but you need 'est-ce que' because you're asking a question. If you didn't want to use 'est-ce que', you could just say: Savez-vous bien l'anglais? |
