Major Cole53038 has already said something about this - I wanted to re-post it in a more clear, understandable way.
It has come our attention that UAF members are lacking discipline, and are goofing off on our trainings when we provide them. For those are disrespectful, you need to understand that we are quite busy managing the group for you - and training is an extra add-on we do. If an abundance of high ranks believe that hosting a training will yield no profit - will not benefit our tactics, skill, or leadership - then the amount of trainings provided will most certainly decline. Furthermore, I can count at least four requests for training on the wall every day. When we see these, it makes us think that you want a training; yet you come, don't follow orders, and all that the leader has planned for you has gone astray. Training is a privilege; if we think you act up too much in trainings, and take value out of them for other members, we can ban you from them until we are sure that you will not be acting up anymore.
These are a few things that should *ALWAYS* be happening at a training:
- Address all ranks at or above Colonel as Sir/Ma'am (according to their gender) or whoever is leading the training/exercise.
- Do as you are told - I've found that most questions asked are answered by themselves within time; just follow the procedures given. If you are unsure about something, go to the back of the line and watch what the others are doing. If it's your turn, and you still don't get it, you may then ask the leader. This is a good time to ask, rather than asking in the middle of it all and causing disruption. Remember, if you want attention, you don't need the bad kind!
- Do not disobey orders that are given to you.
Do not worry, trainings will still be going on regularly. But because of this, trainings will be strict(er). I don't want to look like the bad-guy-new-general-that-likes-power, but this is a situation that needs to be addressed.
***ON A GOOD NOTE,*** we've been becoming more active! Also, watch out for a new division of UAF; an airforce will be started some time soon! Keep your eyes open and be ready!

Nice job!
I think the Low Ranks need a lot more discipline, but with some hard work, we can get that done.

Even the leader agrees! We just need a few people to step up, and help show them how they are suppose to act :)

Once again, I feel forgotten. Every training I go to, people says all of the people in that training were goofing off. Mostly EVERY training I go, I do not goof off, or act immature, I act mature on mostly every training I go to. See, this is like real life to me. My mean bossy teacher acts like my whole class is all wild and all of that. But all I do in class is just sit there. I bareley talk to anyone in class since none of my friends are in my class >.<. I'm just saying this because i'm sick of being forgotten. |
