ARC is a military-based clan. We specialize in both melee and ranged weaponry. Our technology is based in a modern era. ARC is a great way to pick up new skills, friends, and experiences. Do not let us down, and we will do you the same!
-Ranking-
Recruit: A new member in the clan. This rank is the lowest, and least respected. Recruits are tested, and if deserved, shall be promoted.
Private: The basic unit or soldier of ARC. Members with this rank have passed the graduation test.
Corporal: This rank is given to Privates of whom excell above the rest.
Sergeant: A soldier that has proven semi-elite capabilities. This rank, is considered semi-elite.
Leuitenant: This is the final rank you must past before becoming an officer. These members are evaluated, as elite.
Captain: The first rank for an Officer. You must follow orders from this rank. You have limited commanding abilities. You cannot schedule anything, or promote/demote, yet can command during raids.
Colonel: These officers gain the ability to shedule, command, and be considered as highly respected. To acheive this rank, you must pass a Commander test, provided by either a General, or the Overseer himself.
General: The highest rank able to reach in ARC. You must be highly trusted by Adog1201, be extremely skilled, and worthy. These officers are to be EXTREMELY RESPECTED.
Overseer: Spot reserved for the epical clan leader, Adog1201.
Promotions----
1.) Excelling at events, such as raids or training.
2.) Respect, grammar, and good attitude.
3.) Activness, and severe royalty.
Demotions----
1.) Lacking skill expected from your rank.
2.) Disrespect, terrible grammar, and bad attitude.
3.) Inactivness, and not following orders.
Exilation----
All exilization requests are sent to Adog for approval. This keeps it fair, and prevents you from being exiled by a raging High Rank. These are the main events leading to exile:
1.) Treason, such as hacking, or helping an enemy.
2.) Excessive disrespect, or denial of orders.

Q - When can we have a training, again?
A - Trainings are usually held weekends, at night or noon. On average, we hold 2 trainings each week.
Q - How do we get promoted?
A - Look at the promotions section in this guide.

A - Well, there was obviosly a reason. Apparently, you failed to meet expectations. (The exact reason will be stated.)
Last but not least, we have 4 main expectations.
1.) Grammar. Seriously, it makes you look experienced, trained, and proffesional.
2.) Respect. Main thing, you respect us, we respect you. If a High Rank disrespects you, please send another HR a PM.
3.) Trying your hardest! Success is a very great feeling, yet it takes effort. We expect you to excell at everything possible. Doing so gets you a promotion.
4.) ****We do not expect you to bow down to us High Ranks, and kiss our feet. All we want is a little respect for what we do for you. We shall respect Low Ranks at all costs, and try to make you comfortable and happy in ARC.
