I have a chat gui I am using on a place, I want to make it so there is no classic or bubble chat, so all the chat is through the gui, is this possible? There are values in players that set the chat type, but they seem to be locked.

Maybe you can put your place on classic chat and just put a GUI over the chatting area.

I want to remove classic because it blocks the hud elements of mine. you can see the hud stuff here: http://www.roblox.com/Halo-Fan-Club-Meeting-place-and-HQ-place?id=25010871

I might just make it bubble, even though it would make active camo useless.

I also want to remove the leaderboard, how would I do that?

is there a way to have neither type of chat, and instead use your own chat gui?

I think what sduke said implied that using bubble chat while using a fake character or morph will make the bubble not appear. By the way, bubble chat while using active camo kind of makes sense - it's like verbal speech... but in text. It would still give away your position.

Your leaderboard will be in the workspace near the top. Unless you mean the list of names?

Instead of pseudo character, what about pseudo head? I don't know for sure, but doesn't bubble chat work through head and not character?

you can't exactly remove a head with the character intact, and I am using a no name script, so that kinda fails.
