Or your internet provider, the place where you are... When I'm at work, this also happens everywhere. If I'm at home. No problems.

This only Happens to the People that Either The Internet Has Failed to Receive Or You have a Bad Internet. This Mostly Happens During Raining Days Or Snowy days. To Prevent this From Happening, Please Tell your Internet Provider or Your House Owner to clean the Top of the house to Get the Signal.

^ He knows mostly what he's talking about, I have wired internet too, but it rained where I live today, and I had the ID=17 error for about 30 minutes. Now I'm fine. So he knows what he's talking about. Mostly. ~entei~

If anything, rain would make the connection better. And, where I am, it's been perfectly sunny. Like 30 degrees Celcius. It's a fairly new error as well. If it's what he was saying, it'd be an ID = 15.
