I have been patient about this and have searched the forums and apparently a lot of people have been having a glitch that will stop them from playing games, when you enter the game it just says "waiting for character" then the server "shuts" itself down. I have had this glitch since thursday last week which also happens to be when they updated the site page. I have tried uninstalling roblox and then re downloading it 2 times, The only thing i can do its play my own game but only in build mode on roblox studio. Any help will be appreciated :)

getting exactly the same thing, really anoying me as I just got BC and then it stopped working. I've tried nearly everything: restarting our router, deleting roblox totaly and reinstalling it, going on a different account, NOTHING WORKS! I was going to post about it my self but then I saw that luke had already made a post about it. Please can someone tell us what to do

This is exactly the same problem that I'm suffering with, I'm going to send them a message at '[email protected]' soon. I also suggest that you do the same. These solutions don't work: 1. Restarting ROBLOX. 2. Changing your account. 3. Going on an empty place. 4. Following someone. 5. Trying a different account. 6. Playing as a Guest. 7. Playing an admin's game. 8. Reinstalling ROBLOX. 9. Changing computer. 10. Using Internet Explorer or Chrome instead of the ROBLOX browser. 11. Shutting down the computer. 12. Changing your appearance. 13. Turning your router off and on.

It's caused by the game relevance breaking, or something like that. As whenever I join a game, it doesn't affect my relevance settings.

I doubt it. I can't even play big games due to this, and when I play small games I lag alot and get disconnected alot.

If you are having trouble, post system specs. Like if your using windows, what kind of processor you have etc. The thing in common could help out a point in the right direction.
