It's true.

no, it isn't
as the person who introduced the word to the SF, i can tell you that it does not mean that, and it isn't even an acronym
plus some evidence
1. lel can, and has been used in any given situation, and not just in food conversations. if it means "let's eat lettuce", then how come we use it when it's not called for?
2. you're an idiot, and you will never understand what it means. i didn't even tell deric and dom what it means, but they figured it out |
|
|
And yet they're the ones calling us dumb for using it....

I've heard it is just something to confuse people into thinking that it actually stands for something. Basically, a troll intended to make people try to figure out what it means. |
|
|
@bobcat
that's become an unintended meaning of it, since zammy and death are butthurt over figuring out what it means |
|
|
zammy's post got blocked lel |

Funny how you use "lel" for "funny" things. Thus, it's clearly meaning something similar to "lol".
-"Go out and buy some peanut butter yo" |
|
|
|
Then explain why it's used in situations considered funny by you.
-"Go out and buy some peanut butter yo" |
|
|
lol we don't use it in funny situations
that's so wrong, it deserves a lel |

Use of "lel" on this thread: http://www.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=57467234
-"Go out and buy some peanut butter yo" |

@hawks
lol no
@deathrange
that's not funny at all, it's just a dumb situation
i like you guys are getting worked up over a silly word on a sports forum
@zammy
>implying i found that funny at all |
|
|
lel is just another way of saying lol, replacing the o with another vowel for the "internet effect". |
|
|
@Tato:
I love how you start arguments every other thread.
And if "lel" is used in a dumb situation, then it means something that implies it's a dumb moment.
@Spicy:
You did. The same thread: "COMEDY GOLD" by you.
-"Go out and buy some peanut butter yo" |

@cap
ffs, no
notice how we don't say "lal", "lil", "lal" or "lul"
"I love how you start arguments every other thread."
your idiot brother/sister posted this, blame them
"And if "lel" is used in a dumb situation, then it means something that implies it's a dumb moment."
HURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
"oranges are called oranges because they are orange"
~zammy
"@Spicy:"
why would you direct two messages towards me
"You did. The same thread: "COMEDY GOLD" by you."
my god you're oblivious to everything aren't you
check your arm, you might just be bleeding right now |
|
|
I never said "Oranges are called oranges because they are orange". Give me a thread where I said this. You said two "lal"'s, and finally, I'm not bleeding.
