Get VAK so popular? Because if I were to start an elite group like VAK, with an academy and all that, I wouldn't be able to get any elite people to join. So anyone knows?

It would be hard to exile 2k members and then get all of them join an academy.

He doesn't exile them from the coalition, I think. The members join the empire before he creates the academy.

Well then he will have unskilled members in his empire. *Dontreadifyouhatepeopleassumingthings* I guess he made the cadet program before the empire, got it famous and let all graduate ranks to join the empire after he made it. I'm not sure.
