How about for slighly major offenses that are usally a warning/reminder it will be a 2-12 hr ban does this sound good or shall it stay the same

Nah, Warnings and 1-dayers are enough. I don't support this, its kinda unessecary when you think about it.

o well i thought i will be a good idea though
