I'm tired of seeing trolls going throughout the forums, and so is a lot of people. To slow it down, we can have those wierd letters, like in the blog posting. That and the 'You are posting to fast' system should slow down the spam by a lot. If you answered the box incorrectly, your page would be refreshed and your message and subject would be saved. If it's correct, it's posted. Agree or disagree? Why?

No. A troll is someone who posts a deliberately provocative message to a forum or message board with the intention of causing disruption and argument.
The only thing a captcha would do is prevent programs made for spamming (aka bots).
That wouldn't prevent one from copy and pasting a message and typing in the captcha manually. |

It wouldn't completely stop it, but it would make it harder for people to spam, and thus discourage spamming. If it takes too long, it's less likely that someone will spam.
