You not being able to get on your account page is because Roblox just needed a new update, and its caused an error. |

If you bought BC with a credit card, send ROBLOX an email at [email protected]
Ask them if they could recover your account. Mention that you bought BC and are willing to give them your credit info if needed |

If you had BC on your account you can easily get it back, use the email that you bought BC with and send a email with that email address. |

I'm having the same exact problem. Some spam thing (I knew it was gonna be a scam the site's called roblox.uk.to DO NOT SIGN IN TO THAT!) someone changed my p@ss, Changed my E-M@il and that, I've sent 2 E-M@ils to ROBLOX, no reply yet but I had BC. I better get my Account back >:( |

Well, the best thing to do right now is try and try to contact ROBLOX about your problem.

TIPS TO NOT GET HACKED!
- Only log on to the official ROBLOX site, which is this! DO NOT LOG ON TO OTHER SITES! They might be scams!
- Log out every time you use a public computer!
- Do not give your account information to ROBLOX friends who you don't know in real life! ( Unless you trust him alot )
- ROBLOX Moderators won't ask for your account information, if someone does, he might be scamming you!
